Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
  • Used or washed products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
